Roundhouse Guesthouse

The room was really nice! The welcome was really warm and enthousiast. The roundhouse is a walking distance from multiple wine tasting locations.

During the day you could hear the road, but in the evening it is really quiet so no need to worry about it!

We loved our stay here, it felt secluded and relaxed and was within a short walking distance to the Main Street with loads of cool restaurants and cafes. It’s very close to the main road out of the town so do be aware of that, although we’d still highly recommend staying here! Debbie and Lee were extremely welcoming and friendly and cleaned our room daily as well as providing delicious cooked breakfasts each morning which felt very good value for money. We even booked to stay an extra night!

Superb caring host - many thanks Debbie! Too bad the road up front is used for a racing track over weekends, but local authorities ignore community requests - a few speedbumps up the pass I reckon!

Thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation (probably my favourite of the South Africa trip!). Felt like I was at home - loved the small touches in the room (dog cookies etc). Had an issue with some friends and Debbie helped us out kindly. The breakfast was fantastic (fresh orange juice, homemade lemon curd (delish). Thank you so much!
