Scenery Guest House

The hotel built is beautiful, the rooms and hall are well designed. Location is on the outskirt of Kokstadt with good view to mountain and hills.

The hotel seems to be run badly. The room was not clean-fingerprints on all windows, shower was nasty with black algae silicone on the floor, balcony floor is covered with birds droppings. We booked two days in advance for three people and arrived with no guests in the hotel-towels not ready, two cutlery sets with no spoons (the guard brought the third set and the towels later). Toilet seat needs replacement, entrance door is dirty, just too much to mention. At midnight another guest arrived with two kids who continued to scream and run in the corridor till one at night when finally I went out to talk to the guard. In total it is hard to believe that this hotel has such a high rating on Bookings.com, I might believe that the management changed lately and soon the rating will drop. Not what was expected for the price paid.

Guest house environment or facility is neat and welcoming.

Having our kids accomodated away from us as parents. We had to run around to taking care of each other. We expected breakfast according to the advert and it was never served. Poor mantainance of door locks, sliding doors don't open or lock. Doors hard to lock or unlock. Not consistent with towel provision. Gym not safe and most equipment was not working. Pool water was not free from dirt.

Choking plugs. Creating random sparks. The plugs were not working. Reception was very poor. We couldn't even charge the phones

Well the air condition was not working
