"Worst night ever"

The staff were good

So many things. A lot of electrics not working. Aircon didn't even have a remote..because it doesn't work. The Pillows are so flat and old and hard. We drove a lot of hours exhausted and didn't get much sleep as it was so uncomfortable.

In Room 5 there was no proper lighting , if you'll Can add few lights to brighten up the lights that would be perfect.
