The location, the layout, the amenities. Parking and the quietness. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was fresh and you had everything you needed, including an iron, kettle and a fridge.

The bed was far too soft and bouncy. The front door had a section you could see right in- a tiny little curtain or some film on the glass to block the sunlight and beady eyes would be great. There was another door that only had a small curtain covering the glass (clear large pane of glass) but light was still let in. I would bring an eye mask in the spring/summer months

we went there for a party. The facilities were excellent. The bar area was welcoming, The accommodation was comfortable and the barn was a great area to hold a party. We had breakfast in the morning, all the food was tasty and hot, reasonably priced too.

Clean fresh and airy, nice linen and towels, feather duvet and pillows a bonus. Only thing missing was a small table or dressing table to sit at. Small fridge in the lodge was a nice touch

A very pleasant and comfortable room ☺️ very well contained and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and clean fresh linen and towels. We have been twice and definitely visit again. The pub does fantastic food and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend this lovely place and 5 🌟

Great location.We we're attending a wedding and everything was in house. The pub attached is a lovely English country pub and the staff are very helpful and efficient. We we're blessed with wonderful weather which enabled us to enjoy an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful garden setting....

It was suggested to us on arrival that breakfast, although not included in price, would be readily available in the pub bar. However, there was no provision whatsoever, to have breakfast on site
