Wonderful hill gorge view location of the hotel and very smooth conduct of the hotel reception.

Very Weak WiFi at rooms

The view and location where brilliant. Good sized room.

Low water pressure so showering was difficult

It was noisy you have the restaurant above the rooms and you can hear everything. It wasn’t very clean.

There was a smell coming from the washroom and they didn't have any air freshener.

Lack of plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, rail for mosquito net but no net, very noisy neighbours and the hotel reception didn't answer the phone when we tried to address this at 1am.

Bathroom could be updated

The location is great with stunning views of Namunukula. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, though a bit small. It might not be the best value for money, but given the location, the pricing seems fair.

The rooms are located either a floor above or below the ground floor, making it unsuitable for people with disabilities. The buffet wasn’t great, and I was surprised to find moldy bread. I asked them to remove it, and they did so without hesitation, offering an apology.

The view from the dining room was spectacular. The spicy sausages were tasty, and we enjoyed the fruit selection.

The hot food was lukewarm. It was very noisy at night. No hot water one morning.
