Wow, its was really nice place, where you feel peacefully with cosmic view.

View and stuff are really nice. Food is good.

The room had a strong and unpleasant smell of dampness that made it very uncomfortable. The curtains were dirty and torn, which gave the room a neglected feel. The bathroom was in poor condition and clearly not well-maintained. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, and the power outlets were poorly placed—none were available near the bed, which was very inconvenient. the room did not meet our expectations and needs serious improvement.

Amazing setting (much better than in the photos). The hotel is on the side of the mountain, offering breathtaking views. There is a very large open lobby/dinning area where you can sit, eat and enjoy the view that reaches to infinity. We had a family room for our family of 4 and it was absolutely amazing. Two large double beds and almost floor to ceiling windows on the two corner walls, allowing you to rest while looking into nature (while no-one can see you at the same time). Bathroom a little run down but the place is so onderful that this is nor really a major issue. Breakfast was copious and very good, buffet. You can walk along the road (even at night) to Ella, which you reach in less than 10 minutes. We went for a walk early morning all the way to Ella's train station, les than 30 min. Staff offered us a couple of umbrellas in the evening when we went out for dinner, as it had rained earlier and they wanted to make sure that our walk to and from Ella would not be unpleasant. As usual all throughout Sri Lanka, great, smily, kind, helpful staff!

Best place in Ella , great restaurant and very helpful staff. Stayed in delux ac room and loos very new . Clean and good. Staff very helpful and nice. Highly recommend to stay without breaking the bank.

I asked staff to improve the WiFi and hope they will work with it. I used my own data and WiFi not a big deal. People come to Ella to see the beauty and less WiFi make more closure to natural beauty. Hotel closure to nature and beware of small wild life. Don’t go closer and stays safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ella's Edge! The location is perfect just a short walk from Ella town to enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the area. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Ella's Edge to anyone visiting the area!
