The staff at check in and in the bar below were very friendly and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable, with bottled water in the room. The bathroom and kitchen area were also spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was very well equipped with everything you would need for a stay. The rooms are not ensuite and there are two shared bathrooms on the accommodation floor. With regards the noise level, it is loud as the rooms are over the bar, the music stopped at 11.30, but it was a bank holiday Saturday and this is noted in the reviews, so if you are aware of it in advance when booking, its the choice you can make.
