Great traditional B&B. Ideal location for getting into York on public transport. We had the upstairs twin room which was small but perfectly comfortable. We were provided with a fan which was great as it was unseasonably hot for May. Lynne was a friendly and helpful host and the cooked breakfast set us up for our day of sightseeing.

It is right by a main road and it is strictly non smoking in any space outside. It would be helpful if this is made clear when looking to book.

Comfortable room. A bit noisy due to proximity to main road, but location very convenient for bus or P+R to York. Host Lynne very helpful and welcoming. Excellent service and a wonderful breakfast!
