"Proudly a Yorkshire Rose"

Awesome place. Kind and considerate host. Parking ( let us park early) Comfy ensuite twin room, soft towels. Beds were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Good bus link, stop just a 3 minute walk and takes to the center of York.
