Room was very comfortable. Breakfast very tasty and lots to choose from.

House was quite noisy with doors shutting late at night and coming and going from other residents and road noise. Breakfast room did smell of dogs and think this was from the rug on the floor.

Friendly owner Lovely and warm room All clean Lovely breakfast

Nothing i didn't like but had to negotiate a little bit with when to collect the key.to the room but I think it was due to it being half term.
