York Rose B&B

A lovely friendly welcome . Host pointed out all the pubs that did food and a bus stop was nearby if we didn't want to use the park & ride. Fresh milk was provided for the room. Highly recommend to stay here and use the park & ride

We (friend) traveled to attend a pigeon show, this B&B was a excellent stopover for the 1 night but would also be as good if staying longer.

Bed was a little uncomfortable

The location was in a good place, for going into York. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was first class and the service was excellent.

The electric shower was very poor, the water coming from the head was very slow.

Convenient location for our needs. Very welcoming host , good breakfast and ample parking

The room was roadside of a busy road and, being used to living in a cul-de-sac , we found it quite noisy. I couldn't use the pillows as I'm used to a fairly flat one

Lovely clean and comfortable house with ample parking, a fantastic breakfast the next morning with a huge choice and plenty of drinks available. Kind & helpful owner, a pleasure to have stayed here.
