I had a great experience during my stay — the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the free airport transfer was a convenient bonus. Overall, everything went smoothly and comfortably. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my fellow officemates for their future trips.

"Fair but enjoyed beautiful Batanes."

Easy access to restaurants and shopping for food.Pleasant kitchen staff.Driver who did our airport/hotel transfers was pleasant & dependable.

Staff didn’t offer to clean or make up the room, or change towels.A staff entered our rooms to get the flashlights without our consent. Facility is not senior citizen friendly and had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor to get to our room.

"Decent enough but not enough."

Location to markets, shopping and restaurants.The kitchen staff were very helpful and nice.

As senior citizens, we had to climb to the 3rd floor to get to our room. There was no offer of cleaning our room, or making our bed.A staff member went to our room to take out the flashlight while we were out.
