Florabells Guest House - Batanes

Great location, excellent staff. Feels like home away from home. Toiletries supplies available. Really appreciate their accommodating a vegan breakfast.

In the private bathroom, toilet just missing the cover. Wifi not reaching the bedroom.

Florabell is near to everything from market, church, port, government offices and the famous Vayang Rolling Hills and lighthouse. It is very clean and the staff are nice. Most of all, I love its spacious and well equipped shared kitchen. They even upgraded us to the master’s bedroom without additional cost. Guests should stay at Florabell, it’s excellent and very affordable. Thanks Florabell.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean place. Free transport from the airport, comfy and spacious room. Very good location. Overall very cozy place.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Florabells is homey, clean, and right in the middle of Basco. Our room was upgraded free of charge. It came with a terrace with a view of Mt. Iraya. Toiletries were Bath and Body Works products. Pillows were fluffy and beds were comfortable, making for a good night's rest. Badette, the other staff members, our tour guide Albert and driver Arnel made us feel very welcome, making our stay in Batanes a pleasant and memorable one.

Water heater in master bedroom doesn't seem to be working.

Great location, central to town center. Rooftop provided excellent views of the Iraya volacno and the lighthouse. Generous servings for breakfast and very accommodating to our requests for an alternative western breakfast of sliced bread with eggs instead of rice for my husband. They even went out of their way to provide strawberry jam and the equivalent of butter as well the next succeeding 4 days. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly.

The toilet didn't have a seat cover so had to be careful nothing falls into it! The bathroom also needed a shower curtain although they've given us extra mats to mop off water sprays.
