Room is perfect size. Nicely decorated and location is away from city so it’s the best place to stay. Owners are very friendly

Super friendly owners nothing too much trouble full of information about walks, places of interest, restaurants etc. Accommodation really lovely everything needed plus more. Breakfast choice very good and cooked to order not like some places where it cooked in advance and left for you to help yourself Can not recommend highly enough we look forward to returning in the future

From the moment I was met by the hosts I felt at home - the accommodation is a beautifully restored building, spacious room with wonderful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The location is peaceful and convenient and the tips provided by the hosts were invaluable. Thank you for adding to my memorable UK adventure.

Good location for our purposes.Lovely personal greeting. Room had everything we wanted, and more than expected, kettle and coffee machine, covered water carafe and lots of cups,glasses and supplies. Wonderful shower in a large,well equipped bathroom. Phone charger on clock in room. Breakfast was great, but we opted for the light breakfast which kept us full all day, if you can eat the full Welsh breakfast and still move, you are a better man than me. Hosts very accommodating and gave out personal number for contact in case anything needed.

Property advertised as having a bar, which it did but as terms are bed and breakfast only, hosts not always available to serve in the bar.

Firstly Graham and Dyleth are wonderful hosts and super helpful. So we planned a lot of our travels based on their extensive knowledge and recommendations, something you wouldn`t get in a more corporate establishment. Room was very clean and bed v comfortable and a good shower too! A great choice of tea and coffee options are available in the room. Breakfast catered for a range of tastes from full English or Welsh to continental. I really appreciated the fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt! Finally the B and B is nicely situated and easy to get to place like Bets-y-coed and Anglessey as well as not that far from Snowdon.

you may find it a little tricky to find if your Sat-nav isn`t the best, so recommend planning last stages of journey

The location is great and easy to access everything we needed. The views and surroundings are lovely. The breakfast was excellent, we had everything we could wish for. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, made truly special by Graham and Delyth. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of the family. Their warmth and genuine hospitality created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, it really felt like a home away from home. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect, with thoughtful touches and great recommendations throughout our stay. The room's aesthetics were crazy to say the least.. i am pretty sure it was all Delyth who picked each and every aspect of the room. Truly brilliant hosts—we can’t wait to return!
