Albert Guest - Galle Fort

We stayed one night and the property was just perfect for us, given our tight schedule. The location is excellent and the rooms are quite comfortable and very clean. You are a short walk away from the lighthouse, market/shops, and cafes, tucked away in a quiet street. The family is incredibly sweet, kind and helpful - even offering to make us a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast before our early morning departure.

If I really had to nit-pick, I'd say the bathroom was a bit cramped for space and the shower could have been better, but that would matter more for a longer stay

Really liked the breakfast! Dilki and her mother, Indrani, are wonderful cooks! Our room was very comfortable- the bed was firm but very comfortable. The location can't be beaten. The house is a beautiful, old typical Galle Fort residence - a family home for generations. Dilki and Indrani are beautiful women - inside and out. Kind and gentle, and very helpful.

Perfect location in The middle of Galle Fort, great place to stay to visit and enjoy It. The breakfast was tastefull and complete.

This a sweet, family run guest house in a fantastic location within Galle Fort. They were so kind throughout. Comfortable room with AC and private bathroom. Allowed me to check out late so I could explore the beach during the day. Also accommodating for breakfast with my vegan diet. Really, really lovely - if you want homey vibes, stay here!
