Leider wurden wir in einigen Punkten enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht außergewöhnlich (Bsp. war die Marmelade im kleinen Glas schon angebrochen). Das Fenster in unserem Bad war total kaputt, es haben uns einige Tiere besucht. Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig, war etwas schwierig zu duschen. Preise fürs Dinner waren sehr hoch - haben nicht zur Qualität gepasst. Beim Check-out ist Achtung geboten: Wir zahlten 3% mehr, weil wir mit Karte zahlten. Das wurde uns aber nicht transparent kommuniziert. Uns fiel es auf und wir fragten nach, wo es erst hieß „wegen des Wechselkurses“, dann aber sagten sie es würde einfach mehr mit Karte kosten. Lieber also Bar zahlen! Über einige Sachen lässt sich drüber hinwegsehen, aber nicht für den Preis.

Het was een hele luxe plek, wat goed over de inrichting heeft na gedacht de bedden en de douche waren heerlijk. En een hele mooie plek, met een mooi zwembed, ga je voor luxe is dit de plek!

De eigenaresse niet zo aardig, het personeel deed erg haar best maar toen er een personeelstekort was moesten we het maar een beetje zelf uitzoeken....

The place was surrounded by beautiful greenery, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect spot to rest and enjoy nature.

Super hotel, très bien décoré, équipe très sympa, petit dej très bon ! Propose également massage et cours de yoga.

Goddess ist einfach bis in letzte Detail liebevoll gestaltet und durchdacht. Mit vielen antiken Schätzen und einer Blumenvielfalt, die man sonst nur aus dem Blumenladen kennt. Alle dort sind unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten dort 4 tolle Nächte neben dem Trubel der Perahera in Kandy und haben dort auch jeden Abend gegessen. Das verschiedene Rice & Curry war einfach viel zu lecker. Neben einer großartigen Massage kann man sich auch für eine Yoga-Einheit anmelden. Wir kommen definiv wieder, denn Gaya und ihr Personal waren einfach der Knaller.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en wil je overal bij helpen. De kamer is prachtig. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de airco werkt erg goed. Het hele hotel straalt rust uit. Het is prachtig ingericht met een zeer goede smaak.

Goddess Kandy is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The staff here are absolutely exceptional, Gaya is so lovely and accommodating she could not do enough to help make our stay as special as possible - neither could her staff. The location is brilliant, it’s near enough to Kandy but far enough away that you are out of the hectic chaos of the city. They made our bed super pretty for our honeymoon and the pool area is lovely. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. The breakfast and food at the location is also brilliant. A special shoutout to Gaya’s gorgeous dog too, he was definitely a great part of our stay and just the best boy!

They didn’t even provide sugar for the morning tea. The staff had serious arguments both in the morning and at night. The location is good, but cleanliness is lacking. The food wasn’t that great either — there weren’t even any sausages for breakfast.

They argued a lot, and because of the noise, we couldn’t relax peacefully. Breakfast wasn’t served at the time they mentioned, as they were busy arguing even then. It was really unpleasant to hear, and it completely ruined the mood.
