The family is warm and helpful,wonderful breakfast,location is good,near to the west gate and the terrace restaurant. The view in their terrace also beautiful.

The location is excellent! Having breakfast on the roof top terrace was a treat. The family were very hospitable and were able to organise a trip to the desert fortresses and transport to the airport. The information centre is 100 metres from the guesthouse.

We love our stay here. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Khiva. The location is great! So close to all the old city has to offer. And most of all the family are so lovely and welcoming. We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend!

The old building, the room, breakfast and location

The location of the guesthouse in center of the old town is great and so is the view from the terrace! Additionnally to airport pickup, we also booked a tour to the Elliq-Qala fortresses with transfer to Bukhara on the same day with the family and they offered it for a reasonable price, with good service.

There was no window in the room with 3 individual beds but as there was AC, it was not a problem.

The family is really kind and nice. They can also provide transfer to and from the railway station and the price is good. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the great breakfast on the terrace.

Very good location. The lady who received us was lovely although didn’t speak any English. The rest of the family where very unfriendly

The house was really a homestay. The room was situated next to the kitchen and lounge where the family were going about their daily business. No privacy at all
