The location was phenomenal. Breakfast on the terrace each morning before Khiva came alive was magical. It is worth staying here for the terrace alone.

True family homestay right in the middle of the old city with a terrace facing the main Ark, Town Square and Blue Minaret. The family were very kind and accommodating and it was a great experience to share their home and get a feel for a true Uzbek home. Breakfast was great, the bed/room was comfortable.

Khiva Hostel welcomed us with great hospitality. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the breezy terrace with a view of the town. They easily accommodated my request to keep some medicine in their fridge.

We arrived in the early morning and they allowed us to crash in an empty room until it was time for us to check in. The location is fantastic, and the hosts very kind and helpful.
