Excelent place in the center of Ichan qala.

The location just next to Kunha Ark, walking distance to all the attractions. I felt very welcoming by the host, and was like one of their family - been invited for dinner during my stay, and tried my first home cooked plov by the host.

It happened so that we had to find a place for one night, so we found this one at the evening, tired and exhausted. I immediately called the phone number and woman helped me find their hotel entrance. Very hostile and friendly staff, I liked to have a conversation with them. Also they meet us with tea and snacks/fruits, even though they shouldn't. Price is very pleasant and the rooms are quite fine, especially for the price. Totally recommend.

Inside the old city (Ichan Kala) of Khiva. All major attractions are within reach in a matter of a few minutes. They serve delicious local food upon request too.

The bedsheets don't fit, and just fall off the bed I left my glasses in the hostel, and the hosts ignored my messages about sending them on. Left a sour taste.

The guest house is located directly next to the nicest square in Khiva and to the city walls. We loved the location and the quiet roof terrace. The bed was super comfy and not as hard as usually in the region. Most of all, we felt very welcome by the hosts. The breakfast was exceptional, varied and we even were invited for lunch when we stayed it. What a gem of a guest house!
