Perfect location, very friendly family, very good breakfast, nice room and generally comfortable.

To be a bit more serious into the business I would like to advise to upgrade the beddings (bed sheet and covers) to pure cotton and change the pillows and towels periodically.

Best location! The family were so lovely. Our overnight train arrived early in the morning and they let us check into the room early and have a nap! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

Loved this place. Not so much of a hostel, more of a guesthouse but the family were lovely and breakfast on the terrace was special. Good Wi-Fi, spacious room and very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again

Very centrally located, directly into Old Town. Very friendly family hosting this place, fresh self prepared breakfast every day

Bit old and outdated, especially the bathroom but generally speaking all was ok.

Excellent location, marvelous view from the terrace, good breakfast, very nice lady working there. They even shared their dinner with me one evening

To be clear, this is a home stay, not a hostel. The lobby is the family's living room. The only person who speaks English is the daughter and she was rude to my friends and myself

We had a perfect stay at Khiva Hostel. Our room was clean and spacious. The owners were friendly. Breakfast was good and diverse, with hot food, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea etc. I can recommend a stay at this hostel.
