nice quiet area just a few minutes from Durham city. Super location for us to use as a base while visiting our son who is study there.

Nothing really was just right

In my room I had everything what I needed. The bed was very comfortable! There was a big bathtub, also a kettle, fridge and microwave.

The room was spacious with a little kitchen area (kettle, toaster and microwave) and an ensuite bathroom, with a shower and a bath! The decor was absolutely beautiful too and very clean and tidy. And the bath is huge. The owners were very friendly and helpful, I felt very relaxed.

Nothing, that was probably the best stay I've ever had!

Everything was clean and communication with the host was easy. The house is located conveniently close to the A1(M).

Perhaps we had not read the description well enough. You are basically staying in someone's house. We were three and thus had two rooms. There is a double room with its own en-suite downstairs, but the third person slept upstairs, right next to the host's family and shared the upstairs bathroom.
