Contact with the hosts prior to arrival were easy and helpful. The property was in a great location, very central but still quiet. The apartment had real character with exposed beams and brickwork. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was varied and good. It was served in your own apartment which was nice. The shower/ father made you feel like you were in a roman villa. The hosts were both friendly and helpful. Tivoli is a lovely place to visit for a couple of days and palazzo magiore is a good choice.

Due to the thick walls the wifi was only strong in the sitting room but that is a minor thing.

La ubicación es inmejorable y Marco y Mónica son unos anfitriones geniales, dispuestos a informar, a ayudar, amables. Recomendable 100% si buscas un lugar con encanto especial.

Atmospheric, a glimpse behind the Palazzo facade, full of character and detail and the sense of history while being comfortable, central, clean and very friendly. Monica and Marco are delightful hosts and serve an excellent breakfast on their terrace.

Marco was very welcoming and attentive. He was keen to see that we had what we needed and even went out to buy gluten free bread for my wife which was appreciated. The location is very central and easy to get to the attractions of Tivoli and the train station is also just a 10 to 15 minute stroll away. Also it is quiet and the bedroom was comfortable. For us it was perfect for a 2 night stay. I can recommend.

It was walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Villa Gregoriana. Marco went with us to show us where to park. He was a splendid host as was his wife, Monica. We had a nice breakfast on their lovely balcony. Everything was really great! & we had a fantastic little courtyard in our apartment.
