Our hosts were exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. They helped us with any questions we had at all times. The breakfasts were great and they even made us an early breakfast when we had an early bus to catch. Lovely people. I would Happily stay there again.

Lovely stay in B&B with character. Monica and her husband Marco made the stay so enjoyable with amazing tips that made the stay delightful. Hosts speak english, german, french and italuan. Available for questions via WhatsApp. My room was off a roomy breakfast area where they brought colazione. A small fridge and kettle was there for my use at all hours as well. Thick palazzo walls so Wifi was weak and I found where the signal worked well in the space. Reasonable pricing for my stay. . hosts helped find nearby parking. Close to train station by foot (11 minutes) and close to historic center and restaurants. Rome by train was in one hour. Sure, there are some quirky details in room layout as relayed on the website pictures. It's a renovated palazzo. Terrace off the room +++++. Want a blandly-laid-out hotel room? Hotel Ibis has probably got vacancy. :-)

Personal and cozy

Palazzo Maggiore Tivoli Certainly a unique room especially the bathroom. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We were provided with details of areas to see and restaurants which were nearby where we ate and were not disappointed. Room was large and bed comfortable. The host provided a splendid breakfast in his apartment on the terrace. We were leaving early the following morning and the host brought our breakfast into our apartment. Delicious on both occasions. We travelled by motorcycle which was a bit tricky to get parked however found a motorcycle parking bay in the car park on Viale Roma which was a short walk to the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of places to keep you busy especially the Villa Gregoriana. Well worth a visit on a hot sunny day as there is plenty of shade. I would definitely recommend . Beware at petrol pumps, some offer self service or petrol attendant which can result in an additional .20c euro per litre.petrol ranged from €1.90 to €2.40 per litre

The location is central and very convenient access to both the sites and the train station. The host was charming and helped and advised on local places to eat (brilliant suggestions), the sites to see and the best possible local buses to get there. Highly recommended!

Marco was a great host and very helpful with recommendations and information. It’s a very beautiful property.
