Everything. Lee greeted me warmly and happily stowed my bicycle in the garage. And I got to test drive his three wheeler—fun! Room was big and spotless and comfortable. Nice snacks and cold water in the fridge—great for a cyclist on a hot day! Great shower. Lee made a bang up breakfast! First rate. Will definitely stay again when cycling these parts. Many thanks and tailwinds be with you!

Very friendly, welcoming and the ideal place we wanted to be. Glenda and Lee were perfect hosts. Our room was large and very comfortable such a choice of excellent breakfast. Will definitely come again.

Very quiet at night, comfortable bed and the food was top tier! Very sociable couple that own and look after the customers.

The fact i could not eat all of my great fresh home cooked full english breakfast!

"Perfect place for a short stay."

Lovely room, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, including biscuits, and a mini fridge with bottled water, fresh milk and kit kats! Very easy to find, google maps took us the exact house, very quiet. The breakfast was superb, huge choice to cater for all appetites. Special mention for the home baked bread and home made preserves. Our hosts Glenda and Lee were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely rebook next time we are in the area.
