Lovely house and hosts! Great location in a quiet, rural patch with easy access to North Norfolk's A roads. Breakfast was great and the bedrooms had so many nice touches to enhance the stay.

"You won't find better."

Wonderful stay. Glenda and Lee are such amazing hosts. They really catered to my daughter's food allergy, and the breakfast was delicious with homemade selections and their own hens eggs. The rooms were so good, with comfortable beds and little extra touches. You won't find anywhere better than here. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic stay in this bed and breakfast - great service, nothing was too much trouble and we were even given a lift to the wedding and then back to the train station the following day. Highly recommend! The room was lovely, great breakfast options and very clean.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice served piping hot in a lovely bright dinning room. Very friendly hosts that go that extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Lot's of little extra's in the room that you just helped yourself too which we really appreciated.

Honestly there wasn't anything we disliked.

A very comfortable and lovely bed and breakfast near KingsLynn. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with personal touch. Along with good quality toiletries, we enjoyed tea/coffee/biscuits and fresh fruits in our room. Thanks to Lee and Glenda for a very relaxing and memorable time we spent. We wish to go back there again.

Our room television set was not working with the sky box, but fixed very soon.

The welcome received on arrival was exceptional, so warm you feel relaxed and comfortable immediately. The room again was exceptional with far more than I ever expected with plenty of hot drink choices, fruit, biscuits as well as a mini fridge with water and pop, plus some cheeky chocolate!

Typically I always like to find something regardless of how small but here it was impossible.
