"What a little gem"

A lovely peaceful location. On arrival, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Room was very cosy, large and very very clean. Towels and bedding were lovely smelling and soft. Mini fridge with drink and chocolate, sky TV and tea and coffee. The food was absolutely amazing. Honestly couldn’t want more. 10/10

"Perfect break"

Lee and Glenda were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was really lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was so delicious, with home made products and good quality! It was all perfect!

"Lovely people, lovely stay"

The location was ideal for my trip. The breakfast was truly exceptional. But more important than than either of these was the warmth of the hosts, Glenda and Lee, and they way they made me feel most welcome. They are just genuinely lovely people. If ever I am back in Norfolk, I would return there in a heartbeat

A beautifully furnished and immaculate property in a quiet countryside location with plenty of parking space, easy access to major roads, and a welcoming pub a few miles away. Glenda and Lee could not have been more brilliant hosts. The bedroom was well appointed, spacious, the bed comfortable, and lots of little extras were included to make our stay that bit more special . Lee makes a superb a la carte breakfast - worthy of a Master Chef citation. Brenda breeds and shows dogs, but there is no noise and we never saw them, other than in the many lovely photos. We would not stay anywhere else if we come this way again.

"So relaxing a great, enjoyable stay."

A beautiful house, great hosts. Our room was spacious, comfortable with everything we could need. The breakfast was absolutely superb. If we are in the area again we would definitely return.

Nothing to dislike.
