Imma and the gentleman (who's name I sadly forgot) was so lovely and welcoming. Very good location. The room was big and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was nice ☺️ Everything was great! Would definitely come back if I go to Bologna again.

Very nice position (one of the best in Bologna) and very cozy and nice flat. The room is big and clean, the bathroom I had as well. And Imma is really a nice and helpful host! Very recommended

We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. The location is excellent - only a short walk from the centre of old Bologna and all that it offers. The room and en suite were spacious and beautifully clean and the king size bed made for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was simple and provided all we needed to set us up for the day. The B&B has lovely authentic feel to it which is enhanced by wonderful friendly hosts who can't do enough to help and made us feel part of their family. We would highly recommend this B&B for location, comfort, value for money and for true Italian hospitality. We will be back!

We have just returned from a lovely few days in Bologna, made all the more special by the warm welcome we received from Imma and her husband. The accomodation is clean and comfortable and well located in a quiet area of the city yet within a few minutes walk to the very centre.Imma responded brilliantly from the moment we made the booking and advised us on how to get to the accomodation from the airport as well as suggestions of places to eat. When we left she arranged a taxi for us.Every morning she was available, checking if we needed anything.Although she does not speak English this does not deter her from helping out, with the help of Google translate.We would not hesitate in returning to this homely bed and breakfast.

we didn’t have a private bath in our room - had to go down the hall.

The location was good walking distance to downtown Bologna.

We had issues with keys to the room and would have been nice to have a bathroom within our room.

The Location was perfect, our room was excellent, breakfast very good , our Hosts were fantastic, very helpful, 10 minutes into the centre of Bologna. We would definitely stay there again ,Janet and Ian

Convenient location near the city centre, but on a quiet street, so very little noise. Room was a generous size with lots of storage. Hosts are very welcoming and give a helpful orientation guide. Only 4 rooms, so has a very relaxed atmosphere.

It's a personal preference thing, but the mattress was very soft. That might suit someone else though. It's in a shared building so some noise bled through (heels on tiles) from the ceiling, but that is only in the morning and evening to be fair. Minor cons far outweighed by pros, the B&B is great value overall.
