very Italian guest house. Slightly perplexing as it’s one the second floor of a building with lots of legal firms. Would be good to have a sign at the front door.

Excellent breakfast everything fresh and highly organised. Appreciated being able to use kitchen with tea/coffee/biscuits etc available at all times. Hosts most welcoming and centrally located. All good.

the workers were very nice and explained everything about the room and rules. there are notes everywhere in the room and bathroom and also there is a touristic guide notebook so you don't need to ask anything. the room was very clean and smell nice. breakfast was more than enough with fruit , milks , tea everything. I would definitely stay next time when I visit.

So close to everything Hosts greeted us on arrival and made sure we knew where everything was and how it worked Had boards up that gave information on places to eat, taxis etc nothing at all was perfect

More power point to charge phones, computer. Shared bathroom clean and adequate but not like own bathroom eg at night.

The apartment is well located - away from the bustle of the central part of Bologna and nearer some quieter and interesting streets. The street itself is quiet despite being on a roundabout. The breakfast is decent, and the hosts are friendly and informative

The walls between the rooms are rather thin, so you do hear your neighbours - and they can hear you.

Very clean, nice balcony , comfortable bed and a very friendly host!

Highly accessible by public transportation. We had an early flight so going to the airport was a breeze.

Toilet is shared but we knew it before booking.
