Wonderful Hosts Imma & Roby who were friendly and helpful, the B& B full of Character.

Nothing, very central to everything you would to visit in old town.

The manager Imma was incredible. So helpful with helping us find good places for dinners, taxi service, a walking cane when mine had issues and a place to quickly do some laundry. The room is a good size and the bathroom is spacious and shower had room to move with good water pressure and hot water. The bed was a great size for 2 adults. Breakfast was nice with yogurt, granola, a variety of fresh fruit, coffees, milk and baked goods and was served until 11:30 which allowed us to spend some quality time with each one morning as this was our anniversary trip before needing to go have breakfast. We found the location great as the good places places to eat were within an 8 minute walk and the hotel manager could call us a cab for farther journeys. All in all an incredible stay.

Such a beautiful B&B run by lovely people with the cutest little dog! The rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast room with access to a fridge, microwave and kettle at all times was great! It felt like home, and the hosts had great recommendations for local restaurants and thing to see and do.

Nothing really, we got to pick our own room, and the facilities were great (bathroom, breakfast room, WiFi, etc.) We almost got lost finding it though, but there's a great car park nearby and it's on the quietest street.

The host is exceptional! She has been a blessing in providing recommendations for places to dine or simply things to do in the area. The property is charming and breakfast is nice.

All the pictures on booking site are fake. The bed was a camp bed: only 75 cm large. The matress was uncomfortable and I fell down twice during a night. A refrigerator was installed in the room and awoke me every hours during the first night. After, I switched it down to sleep. The electrical installation is out of age and dangerous, in the room and in the common kitchen. A lot of household appliances are connected on the same flying plug without any electrical protection. I needed to take my breakfast in my room because there was no place for me (as this room user) in the breakfast room. No egg, no meat (ham or so). The water boiler, installed in my room, is just above the multi connection flying plug. Then you have the possibility to be electrocuted if you let a drop of water falling under. The bath room is a common bath room and was not indicated on the bookin site. Th sink was directly connected to the sewwer with no U-bend and then the noxious smell of the sewer came to me when shaving or washing teeth. 424 € + 16 € of local tax???? I cans send you pictures taken during my stay.

Great location close to everything Bologna has to offer and only a few minutes walk to reasonably priced parking

We stayed during the heatwave of 23. A/C would have been nice.

The location was excellent. The owners were charming. Nice breakfast options. Cute set up, would definitely recommend and stay again.
