Incredibly kind and helpful owners with attention to details. Great communication, lovely and clean room! definitely recommend this property!

The apartment was really good. One double bed, with private bathroom. Hot water all the day and clean! The Location was good, walkable distance every where. The best part was Mrs Emma. An extremely helpful woman with everything. She told us about the transfer from airport to the apartment, all the details about the city. Recommended restaurants and places. She assist us with information about the room, she was waiting for us even we had a late flight, and she arrange the taxi for us. She was an amazing hostess. The wifi was good. We have access to the kitchen any time for water or if we would like to use microwave. the design was cosy and traditional. Not modern, but Italian wised. If you love Italy, you will travel in Old times in the room Called Romeo and Julieta.

We would like to have more coffee in the morning, not only one capsule per pax and better mattress.

The breakfast was nice, the position of the accommodation is absolutely the best in the center of Bologna. The public parking is very close, only about 150 meters but check the position before coming, it is easy to pass it. 50 meters from the flat was a very nice bar with great service.

The B&B was in a fantastic location, with all major attractions well within walking distance. Imma and her husband were very welcoming and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, providing very useful information and arranging numerous taxis for our various trips out. Our room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bologna in the future.
