Phillip and Adele are lovely hosts and made everything easy. The best breakfast I have had in a long while!

Always an excellent place to stay, Adele and Phil are always welcoming and the hotel is everything you need to make a stay enjoyable, clean, bright, quiet and Phil cooks a mean breakfast.

The room itself was stunning; well decorated, clean throughout and had everything we needed. I loved the separate downstairs bathroom with the dressing table. Breakfast was also fabulous. Great choice of food and cooked really well. We had no complaints about it at all.

Was just a little further out from the piece hall. It wasn't the distance that was the problem, just a bit hilly 😂 but Adele helpfully informed us that taxis are aplenty and we got a taxi back with no issues.

Excellent breakfast and freshly prepared and a lovely view from the window in our room. Very clean. Powerful bathroom shower. Very comfortable bed. Lovely host's with a wealth of information about the area. We stayed four nights and would highly recommend this small hotel.

Briefly met a young man (son of owners )who was actually just leaving the property but stayed then to let me in and hurriedly show me the room (10 mins) Later the lady (owner) brought a small bottle of milk for teas etc but tried to get in the room with her own key !! Without knocking first to see if I was in … !!
