just a beautiful hotel just off the beaten path - Great rooms, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent dinner and breakfast. and very friendly staff - my wife loved this place.

Good on site parking. Good breakfast ( although would have been better value if included in price of stay and not optional extra) . Lovely old house making you feel at home! Philip and Adele extremely friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would go again

Lovely 4 poster comfy bed but unfortunately right next to cobbled road which was very noisy at rush hour. ....would have marked 10/10 but for that.

The lovely deep bath and comfy bed. Nice to have a small fridge and fresh milk in our room. Owners very friendly and helpful. Cosy interior. A great gateway into Yorkshire with easy access to several literary landmarks (Haworth, Heptonstall, Shibden Hall which can be reached by foot from the property)
