The property is beautiful and I slept so well in a tent in the yard.

Maybe throw another fridge outside so the tent people can have to use.

Really nice vibe at this property with the freedom of walking naked and meeting some of the other guests in the common areas. It is very close to Kehena Beach and the famous Sunday lawn party and drum circle. Although we didn't meet the host, the communication prior to arrival was excellent.

We lived on the Big Island for 20 years and had plenty of coqui frogs on our property, but at this place they were especially annoying because the foliage where they live is so close to the house. It was hard to sleep with their noise, and then the next morning we could hear guests talking out on the lanai in front so we couldn't sleep in. The room we chose was the cheapest, but it was also the worst I think (small, with a raised platform that the bed is on). Although pricing was good, I can't help feeling that the price was a bit high for the type of room we had with a shared bathroom.
