Room on first glance looked beautiful, let down with cleanliness.

Lot of dust and cobwebs noticeably around the room and bathroom. Attention to detail not there. Dead fly on bathroom windowsill. It ruined the aesthetic of the room.

"Great but would be even better if stairs carpet was replaced and earlier breakfast was offered."

Lovely room, well furnished. Clean bed linen. Steakhouse meals amazing.

Carpet on stairs/landing was dirty and smelt a little giving a terrible first impression but rooms were lovely so it wasn’t representative. Also breakfast didn’t start until 9am and we needed to leave early so had leave without breakfast.
