Kayu Sugih Palace

What a great location!! Kayu Sugih is down a short driveway, and is so quiet and peaceful. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Yoga! Room is clean and fresh. Pool is wonderful and water fresh after a long walk. Gardens are beautiful and well kept. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was adequate to start the day.

Only thing missing was a smart tv.

Think breakfast could be a little bit better

It's a small resort very close to Icon mall. So in terms of location, if you want beach access but don't want the crowd and noises of the beach, this is the right place to be. The staff is very kind and helpful

In terms of maintenance and cleanliness, there is potential to improve but the management is friendly and always available to help as much as possible

Small boutique hotel in good location. Just 5 minutes to Icon mall and beach. There's a small, well maintained pool with deck chairs and pool towels are provided. Rooms are very clean and air-conditioned with a good sized bathroom. Fresh fluffy bath towels are provided each day.

The breakfast is adequate but could be improved. Tip .. the quickest way to the beach is through the Icon Mall.

Beautiful gardens. So quiet and peaceful but so close to shopping and restaurants. Staff caring and friendly. Rooms very comfortable.
