Radiator was lukewarm so we had to ask for heater To many stairs in the property. (I have mobility issues so I really struggled) Poor quality bedding plus the pillowcase had a split down the seam Towels need to be replaced, poor quality and not big enough

Big room, but very basic

No staff around when I arrived - a bit of a mystery as to how to find them.

Quaint BnB with a common lounge and fire for warmth. Great pub for dinner just down the road. Easily found a short distance off the motorways, but quiet. Welcoming family business providing a superb breakfast

Excellent host and accommodation and a very good (gluten free!!) breakfast.

Room was a bit small but ok for a one night stay

Room really clean / strong shower/ plenty of tea, coffee / staff / location / homemade breakfast.

Being located in small village with few lampposts, finding building a little difficult in the dark (also entrance via steps hard to see). Tall ceiling / solid walls in my room, likely caused temperature feel rather cool but understandable; as first cold snap of year. Toasty in the separate lounge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again so, reluctant to criticize.

Nothing to dislike here

It was a really convenient for a stop over just off the M6 on our way to Scotland and welcomed our dog.

We’ve stayed here before. So there wasn’t anything to we didn’t like
