Super nice facilities, quiet, clean, very comfy beds, two free waters a day, amazing central location for the things like shopping, restaurants and nightlife around Sairee beach. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Nothing only hot shower could take a few minutes to warm up, but definitely no major issue.

There’s a staircase to the rooms and it’s hard to carry up the suitcase. Location not very good a lot of walking to Sairee beach about 20 minutes. But it’s perfect if you want to stay out oh the hustle

Worst hostel experience we have ever had. We booked the place for 3 nights in advance. When we arrived, the place looked neglected. We went to sleep, but at 1:30 am, we woke up to find bugs all over the bed (like a nightmare—many bugs 🪳 inside the bed). We tried to contact the host (because the lobby was closed) to change the room, but no one answered. We had to leave and search for another hostel at 3:00 am! When we returned in the morning, the host informed us that they do not refund money under any circumstances. We checked out and requested a refund for the two remaining nights, but they refused. After involving Booking.com, we found out that they lied about our stay, claiming we left the door open. Who the f*** leaves the door open in the middle of the night in Thailand?? Certainly not us.

Rooms are nice and cleaned but the problem was the staff. They weren’t honest.

When I arrive I left the deposit: 1.000 bts and then, for the check out they didn’t want to give the money back pretexting there was a « glass » missing. I never saw a glass in the room, it was a lie. I only stayed one night. Then they said « your friend didn’t leave the deposit, so we keep your deposit ». But my friend arrived later than me and had his own room. They forgot to ask him the deposit. Everything was a pretext to keep my money. So, if you go there be aware and take pixtures of the room so they don’t invent lies to keep you money.

unfortunately, didn’t think the staff were very accommodating and not extremely friendly. the bathroom filter could do with a insect screen on it to prevent anything coming into the room
