Kind staff, well located

Great location and room was spacious and suitable for what we needed.

Staff were not so friendly or helpful. Room was basic and expensive for what it was.

Aircon worked and it was on the quieter side of Sairee. Although the walls are paper thin, doors and windows have obvious air gaps so bring ear plugs.

The sheets and towels were all horribly stained and ripped. I had my sheets changed three times during my stay and encountered various large stains all over the sheets. This included blood stains and unknown brown stains.

Value for money, the design was nice, and the bed comfortable. There was hot water in the shower And the location great, close to a lot of stuff but not noisy

We had stains on the bed that only after two days in a row that we asked them to change did they change them. Also tons of ants in the room, on the bed and our clothes

The room was spacious and clean, featuring a large balcony with a lovely view. The price is excellent compared to other hotels, and the location is conveniently close to everything, including bars, restaurants, and the beach.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Good location close to Sairee beach but in calm street. Overall good value for money.

We had some ants in the room first night. Reception was helpful with ant repellent though.
