Great location and amazing staff but the air conditioning didn’t stay on if you’re not in the room and the bathroom had no air conditioning either so was uncomfortable at times. The curtains also didn’t keep the light out

The property was clean and modern with a lovely bathroom. It’s close enough to the party strip if you want it and far enough away to not hear it at night. Staff are always smiling and willing to help with whatever you need! AC was amazing.

"Big comfortable bedroom near sai ree beach"

The room was very big with a lot of light and I liked the minimalist style with concrete flooring and walls. The AC was very efficient and quiet. The room had the balcony with the seaview, i could see the sunset which was very nice. Also the location is very convenient near sai ree beach.

There was no window in the bathroom only wooden panels so all kind of bugs could enter. There were ants in the bedroom. Be mindful that you will be requested to pay your booking in cash which is not very convenient.

Really great location, very near the beach and centre but far way enough from the centre to be nice and quiet. Lovely rooms and a sea view!
