Bedroom was large and airy with a large bathroom with shower and a free standing bath

The property is having building work so breakfast was a croissant coffee and cornflakes in our room, the lounge was out of action too. Had we known this we would not have booked as there are ample alternatives providing a cooked breakfast in the area. Three nights was too long

Nice room, comfortable bed, very clean

That breakfast was suppose to be included but was left with basic food that was in the room was expecting cooked breakfast as this is what every other hotel I've stayed in had provided when they say breakfast included but was left a note that said if we wanted a cook breakfast that we was to book over the road for £10 a head. Never seen any staff the while stay. TV is tiny and with basic channels feel like this is very dated. Room was not sound proof as advertised

Location was great, room very clean. Fridge in room with fresh milk, ideal for wine also.

We booked through Booking.com and nowhere did it say they don't do breakfast anymore, we've stayed a few times and breakfast used to be great. They have a box of cereals and a yoghurt in the fridge, not really what I call breakfast. So with lack of breakfast and not seeing the owner’s anytime during the 4 nights we were there unfortunately we won't be staying again.
