The hosts Sarah and Colin are really lovely and welcoming. Sarah organised taxis for us from and to Bodmin Parkway station and rearranged the taxi when we were delayed. The breakfast was really fabulous with so much choice. The room we had was very spacious and clean. We also chatted with lovely people at breakfast both mornings we were there.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Good location in centre of town.

Tricky for cars as no parking on road outside.

From the moment we arrived Sarah and Colin looked after our every need in a very friendly and professional manner and made our stay so enjoyable. Lovely quaint old building, spotlessly clean room etc. Good wholesome breakfast. Great location, central to many attractions, the Eden Project, Port Isaac, Polperro, Fowey, to name but a few! Free reserved parking close by.

Front bedroom on a busy noisy road, but once windows were closed, made a big difference.
