some traffic noise on the week night, but otherwise quiet.

Everthing was excellent, and breakfasts were first class

very warm welcome received ,breakfast was superb ,room was clean and tidy and a very attentive host would return quite happily

it is slightly out of town ,but there is a pub with food in walking distance ,but it wasn't a major problem

Loved this beautiful old country house. Although it was an older property it was stylishly decorated and attention to detail was helped make it feel very welcoming.

Location was quiet but with 2 excellent hotels close by, 5 minutes walk for evening meals, booking recommended. Mill House has the bonus of private off road parking. There is a guest lounge available. The breakfast was outstanding. Very good local quality ingredients with excellent presentation. Breakfast room was set up beautifully.

My preference is for a softer mattress. And for the pillows to offer more head / neck support.

Lovely location and nice to be able to walk into Cromer along the cliff and back along the beach Overstrand village and walk down to the promenade nice!

Wunderschönes kleines Landhaus im ruhigen Overstrand in der Nähe von wuseligen Cromer. Tolle gepflegte Zimmer, ein reichhaltiges englisches Frühstück und ganz liebe Gastgeber- traumhaft.

Hosts were lovely. Room and facilities were everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone and hope to stay here again.
