Great location for what we wanted - playing in the local tennis tournament in Cromer and also close to Northrepps Airfield where my partner flew into.

No drinking water in the room although was provided when asked

Gorgeous room with all the amenities expected and more - including little chocolate treats! Very tasty breakfast and welcoming hostess too.

Only think that could be improved is the option of a veggie sausage at breakfast!

Very pleasant host. Our on-suite room was very nice with a really, really comfortable bed. We both enjoyed well presented full English breakfasts and will be happy to stay there again when visiting the area.

Great location, good breakfast. Nice touch with biscuits, chocolate and tea / coffee in room every day.

Not the cleanest, we found a few dead insects on ledges. On 2nd evening, shower water was cold and my wife had to wait for 40mins for water to heat up with shampoo in her hair. Would expect hot water on demand. Mattress not the most comfortable.

Beautiful house, excellent location, great food, very comfortable, friendly host. Clement "Poppyland" Scott would be pleased to know that his favourite place to stay was still as good as ever over 140 years later.
