Tv doesnt work Breakfast wasnt the same last time simple as cheap

Everything was great, the staff is really kind and are pending of the guest necessities.

The hotel was a nice place to stay and the staff was friendly. There are some nice places to eat and the breakfast was decent. The room was very clean and big. It has everything you need. It was close to the airport, but a little farther from the city.

The check-out time doesn't match with the check-out time on Booking. On my reservation, it said between 10.00 am and 11.30 am, but in reality, the check-out time is at 10.00 am. It says so in the room, but I had booked it because of the later check-out time. They let me stay a little longer though until 11am.

I like the environment and the private and safe location. The breakfast was very good and the bathroom was big and included shampoo, soap, towels, and rinse.

I was on my way from Loja to Guayaquil by bus and needed a place to stop over. This hotel was much better than I expected. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. I slept well here and had a good hot shower. There is a very good restaurant across the street. The TV has lots of channels. Lots of soft pillows and a big towel.

Due to the location across the street from the bus terminal, it is obviously not very quiet during the day. But at night it was ok and I had no problem sleeping.
