"Very good hotel very close to a big bus terminal, close to the main cathedral/downtown you can walk if you like mayb"

Very good service, the ladies working there were very nice. The room was clean and spacious, hot water, good continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable and warm, very quite you don’t hear the noise from the street. Big parking lot.

The first night we had a very uneducated family on the second floor, not respecting anybody, but I blame the parents not the hotel, the next day after they left, we had peace.

Didn't eat breakfast, as I left at 5am for a flight.

The area is dangerous, but the hotel is effectively an airport hotel so you can't have both. Airports are rarely surrounded by salubrious neighbourhoods! It is a 10min walk / 2 min drive from the airport, which was amazing for my 6am flight.

Germania and her staff were super helpful and kind. Communication was excellent and timely. Germania shared great info regarding touristic sites and how to navigate your way around Cuenca.
