"An oasis in Cuenca!"

I absolutely loved this little hotel! It's quaint, cosy and the family who run it are absolutely amazing!!! About a week before my arrival Germania, the owner, contacted me and we exchanged WhatsApp numbers so that I could keep in touch upon arrival in Ecuador. Once I landed in Cuenca, she texted me and gave me directions to the hotel. t is actually only a 10 minute walk from the airport terminal, and even pulling a small suitcase it was an easy walk. However on the way back to the terminal the next day I splashed out on a taxi - which was $3 (USD)!!! Germania and her daughter made me feel so welcomed in what was effectively their house. There's an indoor garden with palm trees growing. When I was there it was raining but despite the open sided roof, it was completely dry. The rooms are modern, large and have a very comfy bed. The next morning I had to leave at 5am (I skipped the free breakfast so I could have an extra 15 minutes in bed!) and when I went downstairs to leave Germania had got up early to help me on my way. She booked a taxi to the airport and waited til it arrived. **This was without doubt the nicest 'little' hotel I've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world** I promise I'll come back to visit for longer next time!!

Nothing - it's perfect!! Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Germania and her family are so welcoming.

Great hosts. They always made sure that I had everything I needed. In my eyes, the services provided are going an extra mile for the guests which I appreciate a lot. One of my best stays.

"Great hotel in very convenient location"

Great room - really spacious, clean, hot water all the time and super comfortable bed. Germania went out of her way to help with anything and everything, including letting me use the common area in the evening after check out as I had a really late bus. The rest of the staff also made me feel really welcome, and the unlimited filtered water and coffee was very appreciated. The location is great for the airport and bus station as well as the old town. Highly recommend!
