"Royalty"

Carol is a amazing lady so welcoming and makes the stay so relaxing, the breakfast was amazing the best we have ever had staying away, we felt like royalty, even down to the small touches like tea coffee biscuits such a variety, the suite was so big bed so comfy and the bathroom was so large with a incredible bath, and to finish off having breakfast in the bedroom with a view what can we say .....amazing, if your thinking of staying we highly recommend and when we are in Scotland next we will definitely be back. Sarah & Richard 😀

There was absolutely nothing to not like, everything is perfect.

"A wonderful, peaceful getaway and we would have liked to of stayed longer!"

We were attending a wedding at the venue up the road it’s a good location, very beautiful and peaceful. It was comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast getting served to the room. The owners were both lovely and helpful!

They are currently doing work on exterior so didn’t get to admire the property fully and had us use the spiral stairs at the side entrance. Some might struggle with the stairs but I’m sure the owners would do anything they can to help! We had no disturbances from the work so would let this discourage booking.

The room I stayed in was stunning. Very spacious, comfortable bed, huge shower enclosure, tv with access to Netflix, mini fridge with milk and water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities, big table to eat at, nice view and stylish decor. Carol was super friendly and helpful. She also brought me a full cooked breakfast to my room in the morning and wow what a breakfast it was. I was so full I had to lie back down afterwards. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Branxholme castle is set in secluded and beautiful location. The room was enormous and included a dining table upon which was served our most excellent breakfast by the host.

Not staying more than one night!!
