"top place for a get away"

John was awesome helped with my bags got told abit about the history, the bed was so comfy, breakfast was amazing, it was dog friendly so was very happy my girl could come with me. the scenery was beautiful

I have no dislikes it was all beautiful

"An experience to treasure!"

Beautiful Historic Homestead. It is an experience, not just a place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts are welcoming and friendly but professional and discrete at the same time. Loved it the first time, loved it the second time, and will certainly be back again. Thank you, John and Giovanni.

"An experience not to be missed."

Great ambience with wonderful furnishings and decor.Friendly hosts and great breakfast.Peaceful country setting.

Nothing ( but beware there are stairs). Onga Onga is tiny and quaint but Waipukurau is underwhelming!

Beautiful old homestead, exceptionally furnished with period furnishings. John and Giovani are very welcoming hosts. The breakfasts wear so nice and well exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
