Beautiful old homestead with welcoming friendly proprietors.

Nothing, baring in mind it is an old historic homestead.

The setting was beautiful. Very clean. Such a comfortable bed. Lovely hosts!

We were welcomed by Jenny as the hosts had been called away. She was charming and cooked a very nice breakfast. We were the only guests that night. We fed ourselves in the evening using the kitchenette facility provided.

The house is presented very much as a traditional home, with something of a "preserved" feel to it, so not necessarily "homely" as such. The gardens are, to be honest, in need of a little attention. The grass areas seem a kittle unkempt and convulvulus (tangleweeed) had pervaded the front area; the gravel parking area needs weeding.

Such a beautiful home, in the peaceful country, excellent breakfast and host.

- lovely warm welcome from Giovanni & John - the most exquisite rural setting, you can hear a pin drop - all rooms are beautifully individual, no corporate beige here. Lovely attention to detail, even chocolates for the guests in the room - the BEST omelette I have ever tasted on the cooked breakfast
