The breakfast is exceptional. The hosts take great care of every guest and their preferences at breakfast. We from Germany got the best bread we've ever had in New Zealand. Fruit is all seasonal and fresh, jams are homemade. Eggs made to order, even poached. A dream.

If you drive into the district, it looks like paradise. But the proximity to the highways can be a bit of a nuisance, especially in northerly winds.

Well located - albeit out of the town centre. Comfortable room with excellent facilities. Breakfast was out standing. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

"Loved the whole experience and the great hospitality."

The hosts, Gavin and Sally, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Highly knowledgeable about Napier and its surroundings. The cooked breakfasts were exceptional and a real treat. They welcome you into their home with open arms. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Exceptional is exceptional - nothing to dislike.
